I don't understand why my location is showing as "Lawrence"! I live in Ipswich, about a mile down 133 from this proposed boondoggle!

I grew up in North Beverly in the 50s-60s. I saw first hand what the similar build-up on 1-A (Enon St and Dodge St between Wenham and Rte 128) did to the quality of life in the area. We are witnessing the same along Rte 133 in Ipswich, and it can't be turned back once started. And the area in Ipswich impacted is low-lying, ecologically-significant land. Imagine the impact of rising water levels and the associated costs to the town in years to come! Remember Mother's Day 2006!

194 units is 18 more than on all of Little Neck. How will that impact the schools, which are constantly scrambling for space and dollars. Is an apartment complex of that density really in the best interest of the town especially since it's located in the same area as the Y's units and public housing? Does it end up further stigmatizing the residents of that neighborhood by concentrating so much low income housing there and by that I'm including the residents of those affordable units and not implying a NIMBY situation.

This approach won't work for the character and integrity of our town. More manageable approaches like the housing at powderhouse is the way to go.

By totally disregarding town zoning, and by laws the developer seems to be attempting to grossly profiteer at the expense of the townspeople, its resources, and the essence of Ipswich.

We do not need this massive structure and a huge influx of new residents. A smaller sized project makes more sense.

Too large, town infrastructure is already taxed with little to no immediate solutions or even the ability to agree on how to solve it . 40B is inherently inbalanced in its application. Bordering Town's have less than 3% inventory and have no intentions on soliciting or supporting any more 40B. It is not fair for certain communities to carry the burden of the region with little to no control.
