The statements made here, on this petition, are exactly how everyone of us feel about Danny Iordanov. Please know that Danny has such an everlasting impact on our family and friends that brings us to return again and again to experience his impeccable service and his compassion for all the guests. Danny has such an extraordinary impact on each and every single cruise we have experienced with him over the last almost 9 years of concierge services. Please reconsider his employment with Disney Cruise Line. Not only is this a great loss to Disney Cruise, most importantly, this is an irreplaceable loss to our family, friends, and all guests. I have sailed 58 Disney Cruises since the year 2000.

Danny has been such a large part of our family and friend cruises!!! Please reconsider!

I am pearl and Danny is the only reason why we sail Concierge! There has to be a second chance for him. 20 years of sailing and he has become apart of our Disney family! Bring Danny back now!!!

Danny’s absence will be deeply felt, as he has been integral to the joy and memories we have built over the years. I respectfully ask that you reconsider the decision regarding his termination and bring Danny back to Disney Cruise Line, where his unparalleled service and genuine heart truly belong.

Danny is truly wonderful. We are on the wish now and we were very sad to see him not onboard. We have cruised 25 times with Disney cruise line and staff like Danny are the reasons we keep coming back. Please bring him back. He is truly missed by all.

Letting Danny go is a major loss to Disney Cruise Line. He is not only the embodiment of Disney concierge service, he is the heart of Disney magic. We would book concierge cruises just to see Danny. Please bring him back.

Cc numbers are 903 and 904. Many cruises before they began Concierge rooms. Our first one we had Danny and Ashley. Every wish was granted and the real magic was given to us that we booked back to back with Danny. As our children are adults we really bonded with the staff and became friends. We look forward to many more cruises with him. Hod willing as we are seniors and never know what is around the corner. Many years ago on the Maiden voyage of the Magic the Disney Magic bit us. I remember they ran out of ice cream and only 1 wash cloth. Please reconsider and reinstate him. To the DCL cast members. Have a magical day.

Danny embodied the premium experience of Disney Concierge. Seeing him emerge through the door of the port-side Concierge waiting room provided a sigh of relief and the true beginning of a shoulder-dropping, everything-is-handled vacation. You just knew things would be executed beyond expectation. But it doesn't end there. Over time, Danny became a friend, then family. We sought out the ships on which we knew he was working. Partly because of his service, mostly because we wanted to catch up and visit. Danny is more of the reason we sail Disney Cruise Line than Goofy, Donald and, and yes, even Mickey.

As a loyal Disney cruiser and concierge guest, I am deeply concerned about the "firing" of an outstanding Disney Cruise Line employee. Why am I happy to pay extra for concierge services? Because of the hosts who staff the concierge desk. They provide full service: making spa appointments, replacing lost keys, KNOWING all the travelers in your group BY NAME! This is what Disney is all about. Not just Mickey or Cinderella but the real employees who make it memorable.

Bring Danny back!

We have sailed with Danny at least 6 times, with our last sailing in May 2025. We specifically mentioned Danny in our comments in the survey, calling him the best Concierge host we have had in our 35+ sailings in concierge. And he truly was. Bring him back.

Danny was my boyfriends favorite crew member and I need the chance to meet the legend.
