Danny was the best Concierge host DCL had. He was friendly, listened to guests and made everyone's vacations magical. His departure is a loss for DCL and it's Concierge guests.

My husband and I were on the maiden voyage of the Magic. Our Castaway numbers are 904 and 903. We have had Danny many times. He made us feel so special. Once we went Concierge we never went back. Please put him back on the ship

My family and I have been on 20 Disney cruises. Danny has seen my kids grow up, & always made our experience magical! Devastating to hear, that someone so wonderful, has been let go.

During my families first sailing with DCL, my wife slipped and fell. After receiving top notch medical care from the onboard emergency staff, she was confined to a wheelchair for the remainder of our sailing. Danny went above and beyond to make our trip as comfortable as possible. He tended to our every need, directing his staff to make my wife comfortable in the concierge lounge. On our final morning, he had coordinated our exit with his staff. We were met at the gangway by someone to push my wife all the way to the parking garage while I handled the luggage. I will never forget his kindness and his fabulous work ethic in ensuring our vacation was not ruined by this event. He is an absolute gentleman who went out of his way to help us. Since then, we book our sailings around his schedule. We sail at least six times a year, Danny is one of your best. I encourage you to rethink your decision.
