Pursuant to Florida statutes, the undersigned registered voters of the State of Florida, request that Florida Governor Charlie Crist, Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum and Ronda Storms, chair of the Florida state Senate Committee on Children, Families and Elder Affairs, request the Office of Statewide Prosecution within the Department of Legal Affairs initiate and conduct a statewide investigation into possible violations of the following state statutes:
1. FS (Florida Statutes) IV (Title IV) 16 (Chapter 16) 56 (Section 56)1 (Subsection 1) a (Subsection a) 6 (Subsection 6) â
The lack of response from the officials we contacted is wearing me down but I am not walking away from this. I am spending my evenings digging into the details of these statutes to ensure our request remains airtight. We keep pushing because the truth needs to come to light.

Reaching this level of support feels heavy because it confirms how many of us see the same injustice. The road remains long and exhausting but knowing you are behind this fight keeps me moving forward.
