Halloween 2021 in Riverwalk subdivision, a lady was giving out tacks to kids instead of candy and the Rock Hill Police Dept are doing nothing about it. They claim she said it was a joke. There is nothing funny about giving kids tacks instead of candy. A child may not have known what it was and swallowed it. Something needs to be done! Please help us get signatures to have a state rep investigate this matter!!
