This person is horrible and needs to face the consequences of her actions. She could have caused serious injury to a child. Her use of the "trick" word is not an excuse to cause harm to a child. This is why most kids will never experience the wonder of Halloween and trick or treating house to house that we adults enjoyed as children. She makes our community undafe for the children.
What she did was completely unacceptable! Regardless if it was trick or treat, this isn’t a trick you play on anyone, and kids for that matter that have no idea what it was that was put in their candy bucket/bag!
Reprehensible to put anything but candy in those kids bags! She needs to suffer the consequences of what she did. If she gets away with this it may inspire other crazies to do the same thing.
She gave a handful of these to my daughter. I do not believe these should of been given as a “trick” or a treat.
I think this woman should pay for her actions . This was not a joke . I threw all my daughters candy just incase wasn’t chancing it .
She deserves to be punished for attempting to endanger a child hurt a child or potentially kill a child

This should be taken seriously. If a elementary child takes a plastic gun or knife to school, it's viewed as a crime. This is an adult who should know better!
