I have been reading the heartbreaking messages you leave here and they confirm exactly why I started this fight. The stories of families being torn apart are heavy to carry but we are going to keep pushing until someone in power actually pays attention.

CFS Social workers lie, fabricate, andexaggerate and add to interview info. They dont even adhere to their own agency guidelines and rules. The juvenile dependent court is stacked against the parents and makes rulings and orders based upon falsified and inaccurate reports.
My Son was taken from me then will my case was open he was taken to Colorado and placed with his alcoholic abusive father. I haven’t seen him for 4 years now.I was jumping through every hoop completed all my classes and they took him to his father in different states.
Corruption in the San Bernardino court system took my child from me and gave it to my exhusband who has died of overdose. My exhusband's brother also died of heroin abuse, and yet my mother-in-law still has my child and won't let me see him or talk to him. Please, anyone help me.
They took my babies and adopted them out in six months because they said I tested positive on a drug test when I gave birth and write on my medical record it says tests not performed in properly submitted underneath the drug test
My families 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, and 14th, amendments have been violated. Cps lied to a judge to get a warrant and at every court continues to lie bot verbally and on sworn statements under oath
I got parental rights terminated unjustly

My sister committed suicide after trying gor 3.5 years to get her daughter back. San Bernardino CFS worked with a relative to keep my sister from getting her daughter back after he decided he wanted to keep her. My sister’s heartache was too much to bear and she took her life.
