We live way down on Lonsdale Lane and the speed there is a lot less than 1 mb download speed so we would love for Frontier to improve their services

We own a cabin in Talking Rock but refuse to pay for an unreliable service. If Frontier can increase the speed, I will sign up as a customer! We would welcome change!

Internet is horrible, phone has constant noise with calls, security company says our system will not notify them if Internet out or on and off during wind, rain, fog.

Our home is out of the way, but we didn't expect it to be so technologically out of the way. Our DSL is so slow (current best is 2.27Mbps download, 0.33Mbps upload) that we cannot run AT&T's cell phone signal booster to even give us that improvement in service. It should not be so primitive for the money we pay Frontier.

Our Internet is undependable and slow. Because we have no cell service we have to depend upon it for the security system also.

Really why wouldn't Frontier try to please their customers it is not like you to invest into physical infrastructure

Please consider adding more T1 lines to the backhaul so their is enough bandwidth for the demand.

These comments make me not even want to contact Frontier as my provider when I move in in a month...

The internet is so slow here that we can't even watch Netflix! We have to reset the router constantly and it takes all day to download something! It took 14 hours to download an Xbox 360 game and about 11 hours to upgrade my Garmin GPS maps on my laptop. This is absolutely ridiculous! When I called Frontier to complain, the rep told me that he would "forward my compliant but he didn't think that it would help and that maybe I should try to use it at non-peak hours". Really? My 12-year old daughter has complained about it so much that we have priced Hughes Network and we are seriously considering switching to them for internet if Frontier doesn't upgrade their speed soon. It's almost as bad as dial-up!
