Frontier is our biggest disappointment and source of frustration. Internet goes out almost daily requiring a reset. I work from home 1 day a week and desperately need reliable service. Both my husband and I are in healthcare and are never truly away from job and patient responsibilities. The Internet is how we access necessary information. An upgrade to equal with the rest of the nation would be greatly appreciated.

Internet speeds are so slow it is impossible to run multi devices at the same time.

We are sick and tired of being told that Frontier cannot make our speed faster! Please upgrade for faster speeds!
