I feel not having the access to 31 from any other route other than from 28 would be a nightmare as a lot of traffic would opt to route right through the middle of Tipton which can already be a headache at times getting through all the lights there, especially during typical busy hours of the day. At the very least a light should remain at the area of 31 and division.

This would divide our county in half. We are a very busy farming community & the added traffic (buses, tractors) would be overwhelming. Kids would be on buses longer due to a severe change in routes. There would be more accidents at the SR 28 interchange due to the influx in traffic. Fire & ambulance response time could be create disaster & fatalities. For our community only having one way across 31 could potentially cause more cost to the people & the county as a whole.

Stop treating Tipton County like a Red head headed step child. We matter just like all the the other bigger counties. Give us a full access interchange at Division Road and U.S. 31, with clover leaves. Stop cramming those stupid Round abouts down our throats, we are not stupid and and know how to how to obey the traffic laws here just because these young people around INDY do not. Besides with all the big farm equipment we have and semi trucks used around here we implore you to use plain old common sense when it comes to our county and listen to what we are asking for and need here.

We need an interchange at 31 & Division Rd in Tipton County. Very important to have access for all the heavy semi traffic going to industrial park instead of trying to navigate downtown streets.

Division road serves the community by keeping heavy truck traffic out of our small town. This truck traffic causes damage to our older streets and buildings that will in return have to be payed for by Tipton tax payers. Keep division road open!

I live to the West of 31, (Prairie Township) in between 26 in Howard County, and Division Rd. in Tipton County, there is quite a few of us out this way. It would be nice to have an interchange on Division Rd to give us safe access.

The semi traffic through the center of Tipton is unacceptable. This traffic needs to travel on Division Road and have an interchange to access US 31. Tipton is struggling to stay alive and this interchange would help it.

As a employee in the Industrial Park in Tipton, I believe an interchange at Division and 31 is very much needed. Without a interchange at 31/Division, Employees and delivery trucks will have to go out of their way at times to make it to our place of business. The industrial park in Tipton needs access to 31 via Division not just 28! This would hurt future business and development in a county that is already struggling to attract new businesses. Truck drivers who miss the access road from 28 to Division road would be driving through town and city streets which is dangerous.
