I live just west of 31 on Division Rd. I use 31 to travel to Carmel daily. I prefer to do business in Tipton but if access is cut off then I will do all y business in Carmel.

As a resident at this intersection, I identify clearly the need for an interchange. Significant traffic including freight and agricultural. Already a high number of accidents that occur here.

I live just north of this intersection. We access Division Rd from 31 on a daily basis. Cutting off this access would really hurt this community/county!!!

I live west of 31 and see the volume of semi and farm vehicles that use our roads. There has to be an alternative route for them to use.
