Division Road is a major link to Tipton County. It is the best access to the Industrial Park on the north side of Tipton from the west side. It keeps all major truck traffic out of downtown. Division Road is also a vital link for fire and EMS to respond to assist other departments. If SR 28 were the only crossover and access for US 31, this would greatly increase response times, causing increased jeopardy to life and property.

I believe an interchange is needed (safer than than traffic lights there now) with signs directing truckers to use that interchange to go to Industrial Park. I still see them coming down Tiptons side streets.

A full interchange at Division Road is needed. As an Agricultural business in the North West part of the county this access is critical, not only to our business but the entire county. If the interchange at SR 28 is closed due to an accident or construction, there must be safe alternative access to US 31. Thank you for your consideration.

This intersection is vital for public safety. Without an interchange here it will add minutes to response times to accidents on 31 north of division. It will also add traffic to the small town of Goldsmith that we got a taste of during the closing of 28. 725 west became very dangerous and at times limited our ability to move farm equipment. Please take these things into consideration.

We live on Division Road and feel that it is crucial to the farming community to have direct access to 31 from Division Road. It is also important for school buses, going from West of 31 to East, to have this access to safely and efficiently transport students to Tipton schools and Tri-Central schools. It is also important for those people who are employed to have safe and adequate access to 31 so that they can get to work in Carmel, Indianapolis, Kokomo. Please grant this interchange on Division Road and 31. It is a main road in our Tipton and Clinton Counties. Thank you!

An interchange or overpass would keep my family and the rest of the citizens here in this part of Tipton county safe. We utilize division road all of the time on our way to various locations in Tipton and Howard county. In fact it is vital to many folks and they utilize it daily for both commuting and farming. Removing access to US 31 at this junction would just move the problem further north. Further, please consider an overpass for the train tracks on US 31 just north of 28 and south of division road. Both of these areas seem like trouble spots that can be easily overcome by overpasses or interchanges.
