An interchange at this location, US31 and Division road is important not only to Tipton County but also the State. It provides for the opportunity of a east west highway from I-65 to and from I-69 without going through any town utilizing Division Road East and West.

Goldsmith can not handle the traffic especially the railroad crossing!!!!!!!

Interchange is needed. This intersection handles a lot of traffic, keeps the traffic load out of downtown Tipton. It also gives access to Tipton's industrial park.

I travel US31 everyday an turn off on division road to get to work. A interchange is a must.

I feel it's very important to have an interchange at Division Road and US 31. Much truck traffic comes down Division Road (which was built to handle the truck traffic) going to and from the Industrial Park.

I live in Prairie Township...we need to be able to access 31 at Division road to get to school and work.

Back this wholeheartedly. Especially with the blinking/yield turn arrows. Seen too many close calls at this intersection to not back this cause.

As a resident at this intersection I see the need for an interchange due to the amount of traffic of local businesses and commuters going north and south onto 31.

Full Interchange Required! INDOT has announced that they are no longer considering making US31 a "LIMITED ACCESS HIGHWAY".
The current light shouldn't be removed or replaced unless with a full interchange. I came upon an accident at US31 and Division Road in 1975 . . . Only to find two of my classmates . . . Tipton's FINEST High School students . . . I might add. . . deceased from an automobile accident while crossing US31 on Division Road. At that time, there was NO light. Let's not lose anyone else.

I believe Tipton County needs a full interchange at Division Rd & US31.
1. It's the main road that links Tipton's east side to the west.
2. It helps keep trucks out of down town Tipton that are headed to Cargill, Co Alliance and the Tipton Industrial park,
3. Kempton and Scircleville both have large fertilizer distribution hubs that service the east and west side of Tipton county that use Division Rd & US 31 that have thousands of trucks going in and out.
4. Total Seed Production has thousand of Semi trucks in and out annually and without an exit and on ramp at US31 & Division, it would cause the majority of these trucks to go through Goldsmith.
5. Then there is the safety aspect, traffic in Goldsmith, crossing the RR tracks, School busses, Fire trucks and any first responder!
