We aren't happy with the ridiculous way the state routed the 28-31 ramps and road!! And we don't want our access to 31 cut off at division!! You people obviously don't know or don't care but you need to!!

We in these small towns certainly don't need it to take any longer for first responders to make it to us!!! I am a resident in Arcadia and they already saw fit to cut our fire department and medics, and as a mother of twin babies with seizures it already takes way too long to get help when you need it here. Please don't make it take any longer my children can't afford it!!! If you were in my shoes could your's?????

Without division, you end up with more traffic through tipton. Folks going to windfall, sharpsville, and to the development business district on the far north side of Tipton, not to mention folks who live in Northern Tipton like me, will have to find alternate routes. I don't drive through town coming West off 31, I hop on well travelled division rd and go the back way without stop & go traffic. The point of all of this construction is to help traffic flow; Closing off a major road will make traffic on back roads and in town Tipton bad!

An interchange, not merely an overpass, is included in the 2103 county comprehensive plan. The failure to include this element in the eventual improvement will be to undermine the "planning" initiated by county decision-makers that they have rightly pursued. An interchange is an essential component to safe and efficient travel as well as critical to future economic development.

This is a major intersection. There needs to be an interchange. Without an interchange, half of the county is shut off to easy access. They will not be in a position to continue to support their own community.
