My name is Gail I have suffered 9 miscarraiges the last one being the worst and most traumatic to my family we had seen our babys heart beat i had felt him move one week he was fine the next he was gone and because i had what they call a missed miscarraige i had to have my baby i carried him for a week before i wen into labour . i never got to see my baby i never even got to tell him i loved him i was taken to surgery and it was all over ive spent the last few years trying to find out where he was and why i wasnt given him back the law in ireland states babys born after 14 weeks and before 24 must weigh 500g before they are called babies before that they will be called tissue or samples which is wrong my baby was a boy we named him matthew james and in his name i will change the law with your help so that no woman should ever feel like this again i had a baby i came home empty with my arms aching and they still do in the uk and the us the women are allowed to burry they're babies to hold them and to spend time with them its time ireland allowed us women to have the same rights please sign and help matthews law come to pass thank you
