The undersigned are current o2 customers who are extremely dissatisfied with the current coverage in the Inishowen area. We feel for the tariffs we are being charged the service we are receiving is extremely unsatisfactory. We would appreciate feedback on this matter with a view to improvement of the service. There are other providers in the area offering a better network coverage so await your reply with interest .

The volume of support for this petition has gained enough traction to compel a response from the regional network operations team. I am currently finalizing a formal briefing packet that outlines our coverage complaints to present during our upcoming meeting with their representatives.
