Too many kids in my neighborhood are getting into stuff they dont understand. My nephew barely made it back from the hospital last year. Anything to make them think twice is worth it to me.
FINALLY. these fines are a joke right now. kids dont respect the laws because the consequences are basically nothing. wake up call needed ASAP.
