Lately the health of the officers in silverlake has gone down a whole bunch, Especially if you look at the higher ranks of the force. We should make a stop to this as this will effect the amount of criminals they are going to be able to catch. So no more donuts for them!

Too many cops in this town are out of breath before they even start chasing anyone. Get them on a treadmill.
