We, the PLDT uLTEra subscribers want you to increase our daily data allotment, because of these 3 reasons;

1. Your 0.3GB for 3Mbps (Basic), 0.5GB for 5Mbps (Max), and 1GB for 10Mbps (Pro) daily data allotments are significantly very low, compared to Globe Tattoo@home LTE Plans which are 5GB for 2Mbps, 7GB for 3Mbps, 10GB for 5Mbps and 7Mbps.

2. We can consume that for only 13 minutes and 20 seconds if we reach the speed of atleast 375KBps for Basic, 625KBps for Max, and 1250KBps for Pro.

3. System stability can't be a valid reason for the very low allotment. Why? Simply because there are lot of illegal users of uLTERa outside, who simply replaced the uLTEra sim with a Smart prepaid sim and registered it to your Unli LTE promo, and now they are achieving 50Mbps-150Mbps constant connection speed without data capping at all.

So here are the proposed new daily data allotments.

uLTEra Basic - 3GB per account per day

uLTEra Max - 5GB per account per day

uLTEra Pro - 10GB per account per day

Take note, Globe's daily data allotments are still higher but these increase will help us a lot to decide to continue our subscription to your plans even after the lock-in period. So we will be grateful if you grant our request.
