I once bought 100gb of data for 20k on Airtel network that was supposed to last for a month, I was shocked when 4 days later the data had been exhausted without any heavy downloads or usage.

We call on the NCC to commission an independent technical audit of the data metering and billing systems of all four operators, publish the findings in full by 31 December 2026, and order automatic refunds to every subscriber affected by any error found. Until the audit is published, we ask that no further data tariff increase be approved.

We are not asking for free data. We are asking to see what we pay for.

Please sign and share to show the NCC and the operators how many Nigerians want the numbers proven.

Did 1.5T worth of data with bonus of about 50Gig. All vanished before 6months. That's something I am yet to understand, really.

I don’t know how I use an average of 10 to 15gb a day nd I spend over 40k monthly on data which I’m not enjoying to the fullest

Not transparent. A lot of people in the country including me, have been complaining, data sub gets expired and you are left to wonder how it finished

The data depletion rate is very suspicious and inconsistent with actual data usage. Last year, I left data on my broadband and travelled, only to come back and the data had been exhausted. This happened twice. When I reached out to MTN, they claimed that there had been no arbitrary deduction from my data and could not provide a reasonable explanation. Same thing when my 6.75gb data finished in 8 days and I had spent 10 days out of the country. It's ridiculous and had to end!

I am signing this petition because I believe MTN has unfairly deprived me of a substantial amount of mobile data that I paid for. I purchased an 800GB yearly data plan, yet the data has been exhausted in less than four months, despite the plan being valid until April 2027. This is extremely concerning, especially considering the poor and unreliable network service I have been receiving in my area. I am demanding a transparent, itemized breakdown of every data deduction on my line, an investigati
