equal pay for equal work is just common sense. dont know why companies make it so complicated
My wife works way harder than her male coworkers and makes way less. totally unfair.
Pay should be based on skill not who you are. fix this.
been working in my field for 10 years and still get paid less than the guys hired last month. ridiculous.

its 2016 how is this even still a thing? pay people what they earn regardless of gender.
