I would like to note the following points in relation to the problem faced by customers of Bmobile
1) Why do we require atleast Nu 15 to use our data or free sms?
2) Why our main balance and data are deducted time and again? Keep 3G on for a night and almost 5MB are deducted.
3) Why there are frequent data network fluctuation and congestion?
3) Why b-wallet, eload and mbob facilities does not work when there is offer?
4) Why to impose green tax on e-loads or internet recharges?
5) Why the internet facilities are as slow as turtle?
