I spent the entire trial sitting in that courtroom day after day witnessing the hollow excuses for a life taken much too soon. Seeing people sign petitions to release her killer makes me realize how little some care about the actual facts of this case. I will keep speaking up because the truth deserves to be heard over the noise.

Seeing this continue to grow reinforces the truth that my family and I are not alone in seeking accountability. Your willingness to stand for the facts confirms that the memory of a stolen life still carries weight for so many of you.

He may be granted parole so this is important and should be sent to the correct party to help keep him incarcerated.
I hope he rots in prison , I cant stomach what the victims have gone through an how they lose there lives because of nasty discusting trashy so called humans like this Royce .Where do parents go wrong raising there kids to be murderes .Are they to blame ? SICK May you rot in hell for what you did to this poor beautiful girl .you sob There is a God an you have yet to be punished my our LORD ..DO NOT SIGN THIS PETITION because this so called mother of this piece of trash wants him out ..think of the victim.It could of been your daughter, your sister or a friend murdered by this filth ,If he is allowed to be paroled he will murder again an again..may he die in prison where he deserves to die..
I saw the episode of what happened on Paula Zahn. What happened to this young girl is horrible! It was her poor judgment to get involved with Miller. It wasn't clear in the program what really happened. But they had plenty of evidence of his guilt. Please keep this person behind bars so another family doesn't go through this! August 2021
justice for her. royce is exactly where he needs to stay. disgusting that anyone would try to free him after what he did.
Keep him behind bars. He took a life and should serve every day of his sentence. His mother needs to accept that her son is a murderer and stop trying to get him out.
Maxina was in the same class as me at Lincoln, she did not deserve this.
I believe he needs to stay in prison.

He is totally guilty and can’t even own to what he did worse off he won’t say why he killed Her so horrifically.
