I think they should keep these elementary school. 4-6 graders are not ready to go to the Jr. High especially when they're coming from Clearfield or Summit those smaller schools. Think about the bullying those ages should not be mixed together how long are they going to be on that bus now....I remember they just remodeled Clearfield a few years back.. I rather have the kids feel safe and friendly vs them being scared and not wanting to go to school...To be honest these schools have been around for how many years... whats the difference of them now ...

I think the k-6 model keeps our small town safer and more neighborhood friendly for our kids!!

Close the Jr. High Building, One Elementary on Each End of The District and Only One Center City Elementary.

My children go to a private school, but I think it is unfair to close the rural schools.

The benefits to the children K-6 provided by the neighborhood elementary schools should be of upmost concern to the school board as it is to their parents and randparents.

Subjecting small children to long bus rides cuts into family time and education time. Small children are better connected to the community and the school if the two are close to home. We don't need more disconnection between children and their community.

Community schools are extremely important to maintain for the emotional,mental,and social well being of theseyoung children K-6.

I believe Emily Brittain school should dstay opened.It is the most centrally located to the YMCA. It is at the highest capacity. It has more room to expand even more.

As a 2013 graduate of the Butler School District, I am ashamed at the direction this board is taking. I enjoyed my time in the current school system, and do not want it to change. I was traumatized by the Junior High at 12, I wouldn't even want to imagine it at 9 or 10. Keep the K-6 elementary schools, and close that ancient Junior High!

would you all of wanted your children to go to the high school when they are in 2nd or even 3 rd grade that's when all the kids start to get Bullied. I say keep the grade schools open Center Ave is a great school.

Keeping a K - 6 school on the eastern end is important. Long bus rides for elementary students is wrong. Full day kindergarten is also needed.

Small children should not be bussed all over the place. It is a real hardship for parents to get to these distant schools for sick child pick-up, activities, parent/teacher meetings etc.

Very disappointed in how the school board has handled these potential changes. We are considering moving out of the district.
