Whereas Texas 211th District Judge Lawrence Dee Shipman has violated the constitutional rights of individuals and their children and whereas Judge Shipman took an oath to defend and protect the constitution of the United States and the constitution of the State of Texas and has violated that oath: and whereas the actions of Judge Shipman have resulted in a financial cost to individuals involved and the State of Texas and its taxpayers; and whereas Judge Shipman should have known ahead of time that what he was doing was unconstitutional and impacked the reunification of parents with their children.

UNACCEPTABLE behavior from a judge. Needs to be removed from the bench immediately before more Texans lose their rights.

This guy has been ruining families in the 211th for way too long. About time someone held him accountable for his actions.
