I am a concerned Tax Payer in Richland New York...The man that has been elected to the office of President of the Richland Fire Department has caused many self rewarding issues..none of which has benifited the Fire Company at all..We are asking that he is impeached.

russ is bad news for richland. seen enough of his games.
About time someone did something about this. The whole dept is suffering bc of his greedy choices and he needs to go.
