Planet Life (I believe this is the name, no information can be located and no business license can be found) is a residential based care facility for troubled youth located in the Paseo Del Sol Owners Association. Since opening the facility has consistently had issues with the residents and has created an uncomfortable living environment for the residents. Constant public outburst from residents in the middle of the street, loud music and safety risks for the community residents are constant. Local police are used to manage the residents while the staff does nothing to assure the safety of the community. Over the last 5+ years there have been countless calls to the sheriff’s department to manage runaways, damage and potential physical risk to the city residents and tax payers. The risk level of residents has increased (see included video). The clear lack of oversight by the business owner, property owner and staff are apparent by the drain on public resources and impacts the residents of the community. The residents are increasing in hostility and frequently running throughout the community unsupervised. (Please the included video) we have spoken to the officers many times and although they cannot in writing or verbally complain about this facility, they have personally off the record multiple times. One indicated there are multiple facilities of this type located in the Temecula area. But this one is poorly managed, supervised poorly and “ridiculous”
