Want cms to look at things in a fairer way. It's all against fathers. I'm left with a monthly bill from cms that leaves me with no money

cms/csa is un unfair and very biased incompetent department of dwp, they have been untouchable for too long, a change is needed!!

the law has to uphold a fathers right to see his children, if not, if they uphold a mothers right it is not only sexist but direct discrimination.

Equal and fair rights for fathers .... Children shouldn't be used as leverage. !!!!

the csa/cms system is so unfair my husband is not aloud to see his 2 kids because of the system so the kids he has at home go without has he works dam hard to to work just for it all to go to the pwc who sits on her ass on benefits and has never worked in her life she pops kids out and dont let the dads see them just so that she gets more money off csa/cms this need to change

I havnt seen my son for 11 years now, and have had no parental rights since his birth in 2003 September, according to the law I have no parental rights toward my child whatso ever because me and my partner wasn't married, I find this absolutely disgusting as I have no responsibility over his well being or anything, but I'm still responsible to pay for him, after 11 hrs years of court and solicitors fees, I'm still no further ahead than when I started! A very poor way of life, a string of shattered lives from my family and my self, and 11 hard years Im ready to commit but I just carry on now with my broken and shitty life! This is uk government, bent as a ten bob note! Fuck you justice system and csa/csm! Fuck you up you're stupid fuckin arses!
