iBAKE Denver (www.iBAKEDenver.com) has been in business in Adams County Colorado for over 3 years now. When started we informed the county of what type of business we were going to open and made sure that the spot we opened at was ok with the county. They said yes.

Now after over 3 years in business Adams County has contacted iBAKE Denver and they're landlord to inform them that their business is not in the right zoning and that they will have to stop all smoking inside.

iBAKE Denver has been the first business of it's kind in the Denver Metro Area, and has been the only business like this that has been open and allowed to operate for the last 3 plus years.

Please sign this petition to let Adams County know that iBAKE Denver has support out here, and that they're business practices of telling a business they can open, then trying to make them change their business plan after 3 years is a problem.

After signing the petition, if you want to, please feel free to give the Adams County Commissioners an email or a call concerning this matter.

I just looked at the screen and saw 250 signatures and it honestly feels kind of surreal because I remember when there were just five or ten. It blows my mind that so many people care about this place and the unfair way the county is acting after giving us the green light all those years ago.

If you are going to shut this place down then you have to start shutting down alcohol "clubs" or "bars". It is the same thing and at that no marijuana is sold at any ibake location, so ponder on that.

Colorado voters like me overwhelmingly approved the legalization of cannibis in our great state. Coloradans want to enjoy this plant socially and in compliance with the law...please don't push marijuana use into the back alleys again.

We need places to consume responsibly. Shutting down iBake Denver is forcing consumers to partake in public areas or while driving because they have no legal place to consume besides their home. What about those visiting who can't smoke in their hotel rooms legally?

This company should be grandfathered in if there have been zoning changes since its inception. If there have not been zoning changes there should be no problem allowing them to remain where they have been for over three years.

Colorado needs safe places for adults to consume cannabis, and ibake offers the safest environment around! This is a huge service to the community, and would be an abomination to push all those members, out onto the streets to smoke publicly. iBake is necessary for a successful legalization to take place.

IBAKE is needed in the Denver area - if you are visiting it provides a safe low key area to enjoy herb.

We need these places. Making ordinary citizens into criminals because you disagree with what they are doing is evil. Literally, nobody is harmed by this stuff, unless it's their ego, and that is not enough of a reason to destroy someone's life.
