I think its quite unfair. Everyone else can easily get a job and not have to worry about living on the streets or in a shelter. They can easily get into school and use financial aid and not worry about how they are going to pay for it. But those that have done some time or have just been under house arrest, they are pretty much sitting ducks. Everyone can continue on with their lives while they just sit and wait for years until they can finally continue on with theirs.

It is a travesty how many people are locked up for so long for offenses such as these.

whats your take, do you think by giving judges more sentencing discretion in low-level drug cases and offering certain inmates opportunities for release the bipartisan legislation, will make a conscious attempt in effort to reduce the U.S. prison population? Definitely seeing some more headway', as President Obama in correspondence to the "IVote20" petition aka "PardonMySwag20" petition. Has become the first occupant of his high office to visit a federal correctional facility. In visiting the El Reno prison in Oklahoma. Mr. Obama went where no president ever had before, both literally and perhaps even figuratively. Nonetheless, hoping to build support for a bipartisan overhaul of the America’s criminal justice system. Check it out......https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3hGZ7AMk39Q

"Eight of the 22 inmates had been sentenced to life imprisonment and would have died behind bars", if not for this reprieve. Do you think Obama should use his executive authority to reform Governors pardon guidelines and restrictions state by state?

"Totally agree', when we better prepare inmates to re-enter society, chances are they're less likely to become repeat offenders".
