Nonetheless', Call for action to improve race relations after recent grand jury decisions not to indict white officers in New York and Ferguson, deaths of two unarmed black men.........Whats your take on the future of our judiciary system if theres no change???

Here's the synopsis........... hopefully with this new governor who goes by the name "Larry Hogan". We just might see the acquistion and remedial rebound of the "20" year waiting period for those who are comeuppance pardon.

I really cannot foresee a negative impact the #I Vote 20#, development will have on law makers, and so forth.......How about you????

"'The Maryland Constitution empowers the Governor to grant executive clemency, including pardons, at his discretion under the conditions he deems proper". Pardons forgive a crime but, does n't erase a conviction.
But, Damn...... Why a 20 year waiting period before that. SHeeSH!!!

It'll be nice if this #I Vote 20# issue as controversial as it is, made the ballad for the Nov. 2014 Gubernatorial elections. That way it'll be unveiled for the world to give an opionion on it but...............some things just take time and a little muscle.

No voting, Jury duty etc. So the persons pretty much "Civilly dead" for 20 years, is what it sounds like to me, post incarceration and probation.......Whats your take?
