There is absolutely no sense in trying to pursue a conviction of Randall Kerrick just to satisfy the crowd mentality. If the first trial was 8-4 do you think a second one would convict him?

This officer shot until the threat stopped, as HE WAS TRAINED TO DO. He is not guilty of any crime. Justifiable homicide should have been the determination of a Grand Jury. The prosecutor in this case has an apparent prejudice against police officers.

I think the jury trial was tainted . Mr Wilson for one, should of been dismissed with his statement on the number of times the perp was shot.

The jury was 8 to 4 NOT guilty, so we need to honor our law enforcement officers enough to not try and punish them for making tough split second decisions. Enough really is enough!!
