The jury spoke clearly. with all the propaganda pushing for a conviction the jury by 2/3 majority voted for acquittal.
Let the man go back to his life and his job.

First vote 7 / 5 second and third vote 8/4... There is not enough evidence to show guilt! Stop wasting our money and let this man live in what peace he has! I am sure he has suffered enough. If Federal whouldnt not have charged at the Officer... He would still be alive and if the taser would have hit him there would have been another story..I think there should be charges or a suspension of the Officer who missed with the taser!

This officer did nothing wrong he was doing his job. That black dude was the one that charged at him I would of done the same thing if I was being charged. He did nothing wrong but oh it be different if a black cop shot a white guy nothing like this would happen to him this is not right leave the police man alone he did nothing wrong at all.

Don't waste taxpayers money. The first grand jury didn' t issue an indictment and the trial jury could not reach an unanimous verdict. Do not retry.

After reading, seeing and listening to all that I could, I feel that Officer Kerrick acted defensively to save his own life. I do not feel he is guilty.

After reading and viewing evidence from the trial I believe Officer Kerrick actions were fully justified and I'm embarrassed he was put through trial to start with. I also believe city leaders should be held accountable for the $2+ million dollar settlement before the trial was over!

I believe that the entire situation is too racially charged for anyone or any evidence to be impartially evaluated.

There was enough questions regarding Farrell's actions that could not be explained, that an acquittal or a mistrial had to be the only answer. They keep overlooking the fact he charged the officers. He had marijuana and alcohol in his system.
This is about the media hyping up the race baiting. If it was revered a black officer shooting a white male, would it be glamourized by the media?

I believe officier Kerrick is not guilty. The jusctice system worked. Kerrick should have not been indicted anyhow. The news media is the real problem. News media just wants to stir up trouble.

I support Randall Kerrick, and I do not believe that charges should be refiled against him. Although the jury did not come to a unanimous decision, there was a majority that would have acquitted him.

It's easy for someone to form an oponion that has never been in a situation where you have to make a life or death decision I a split second. Did the officer fear for his life or bodily injury. Was the officer called out to respond to someone breaking into a house that was occupied by a female who was afraid for her life.

Do not waste more of my tax dollars in retrying a case that never existed in the first place. When someone charges a police officer, the officer must defend himself.

Time to support the cops first and demand justice against the bad guys. You may want these cops on your side when these bad guys come after your family.

When is someone going to stand up and say plain and simple don't break the law and you won't be shot!? Why is it wrong for law enforcement to enforce the law when it is not abided by. If Jesse Jackson and al sharpton spent half of their energy on empowering races to better themselves for the community and their families instead of spreading their white hate we would all live in a better world. They should take a look at king jrs speech and look at the content of character rather than skin tone.
