Officer Kerrick is innocent. The original trial showed this to be true.

Officer Kerrick made the best decision he could, given the situation he saw and the amount of time he had to react. He should not be retried.

If you retry him for doing his job, charges should be taken out and you put on trial. He performed his duty.

Support our police officers and the courts decision (Kerrick not guilty).

Please do not retry this officer for doing his duty. He is innocent of those charges.

An 8-4 hung jury to acquit would never under normal circumstances warrant a new trial. The only possible reason to retry would be purel political.

Officer Kerrick is innocent, he did nothing out of order for the job he had to do.

I support Office Kerrick. If officer's commands had been followed we would not have had a trial.

This officer should never have been charged & tried. The justice system has worked. Do not recharge Officer Kerrick. He was already sold downriver by former chief Monroe, the NC AG, & the city of Charlotte all for political reasons. Let the police do their job!

God bless Officer Kerrick and his family. He has been through enough he was only doing his job. If you have not seen the you tube of an individual explaining just obey the law everyone's life matters!

He feared for his life and the other officer's lives. He should be found innocent and should have been backed up by the CMPD who rushed to judge.

Having listened to the evidence presented and having been a foreman on past trials, I would strongly vote against this being retried as the emotions will not allow a just outcome in the deliberations of a jury.

As Attorney Greene said....Justice is a process not an outcome. Justice has been done.

Officer Kerri should never have been charged. Even when a Grand Jury failed to indict another was called to satisfy a few that want to focus on race. The family that called it in were scared to death and then for no apparent reason he chose to charge 3 police officers screaming for him to stop, knocked Officer Kerri down and had his hand on the officers weapon. This has been a travesty from the beginning. For doing his job Officer Kerrick was thrown under the bus. No one wins in a situation like this. Stop wasting money and let the officer try to get on with his life.
