It's not justice by trying him over and over until the prosecution and Ferrell family get the verdict they want. JUSTICE WAS SERVED.

This was clearly a case where there was no bad guy. Unfortunate situation for both sides, but no criminal

There was doubt.

It should be quite obvious that the prosecution didn't have a solid case. I believe they could try Kerrick 10 times and not get a conviction! Thr most would be another hung jury.

I believe that Randall wes kerrick had the right to protect himself and the officers he was working along side after all who charges at a police officer and will not comply with orders.

The way the city and police department handled this was wrong. Officer Kerrick was simply defending himself from an aggressive attack. If the Ferrell family thought justice needed to be served, it was in the amount of $2.2 million they should have never gotten.

This case should have never went to trial. This case was also tainted from the beginning via social pressures and blatant racism from the Ferrell family and their supporters. As a taxpayer in the state of NC, do not try this case again and waste more of my tax dollars.

This case should have NEVER been prosecuted after you had to manipulate the Geand Zjury process to get an indictment.

No retrial ! He was found innocent by a jury. He was only doing his job and he should be able to protect himself while doing his job.

No retrial needed. The jury has spoken.
