I think it's time black folks took a long hard look at the higher rate of deaths caused by their own race. Cops have a dangerous job and face danger each day. I'm very sorry for the families loss but their son should not have acted so crazy at the ladies house or in the video charging the officers. The mother said she would accept the verdict but proved herself a liar when it was read.

what has this country come to where a police officer cannot save his own life. It was obvious by the dash am video that this man charged the officer the first 5 shots were not fatal this officer did what he was trained to do plus his partner also used his taser criminals need to follow direction so they don't get shot wake up America or we will have a shortage of police officers. Please do not try this case again

Wrong to be in court for this. Did nobody in authority watch video before charging him. Use some common sense people, you don't have to be armed to be a danger to someone.

This man was responding to a calling of a possible break in, how were any of the officers responding to know whether this man was armed or not. When your life is on the line, you have split seconds to make the decision to defend ones self!

my reason for standing behind the officer is that he may not have been armed but thru the officers eyes you just never know. He very well could have been armed.

I personally support our Police Officers just trying to do their jobs. They put their life on the line to serve, just as he did that night!!! Just sad his own Police Chief doesn't stand behind his offficers!
