His department followed their own agenda. Terrible situation that a major department handled even worse.

It's time to stop punishing those who defend us and put their lives on the line for our safety.

Officer Kerrick should have never be charged. He was doing hus job and when felt his life was in danger, did what anyone in that position would have.

I support Officer Kerrick. Another trial would be a complete waste of tax payer's dollars!

The trail was fair and works the people who are complaining are not looking at the justice system and they didn't get Thea swear they wanted.

He's been tried by a jury of his peers. They found the truth...Do not spend my taxpayer money retrying something that is over with!!!

Please do not permit this young police office to be retried. He is the VICTIM NOT THE OFFENDANT. The true offendant would be alive today if he had any respect for the police, authority over him, or his fellowman.

Officer kerrick was just in the shooting of Ferrel. He was high, and charged at a police officer. Rodney Monroe ruined this mans life put him on trial for slander.

God bless you Officer Kerrick, you did your job under extremely difficult circumstances where the majority of people would have failed. Your innocent!!!!!

The evidence is clear, officer Kerrick was using self defense. 8 people on the jury said the Officer is not guilty of excessive force. It is time that people learn that you pay for your own actions, Good or Bad. You don't break into homes, you don't charge a police officer unless you want to get killed. All citizens need to remember the Badge that all officers were is given by every citizen to give our law enforcement the right to protect and keep the Law, even if that means by force.

The Courts determined that Kerrick acted as he should have in a situation that Ferrell placed them both in ! NO RETRIAL !

The jurors voted 8 to 4 for acquittal. I think it would be a waste of tax dollars to retry
