Officer Kerrick has been found not guilty 4 times now. How many more times should we keep trying a person so that prosecutors can get the decision they want. Enough is enough quit wasting all the tax payers money on this witch hunt. Sincerely Rebecca L Casella

First grand jury failed to indict so a second one was seated. Jury trial failed to convict. Where is justice for Mr. Kerrick? Do we keep doing this until the magic jury is found to convict and then go through years of appeal? That is a mockery of our system!

Please don't waste money when officer Kerrick was only doing his job. He had a split second to make a decision. He felt threatened and did what I believe anyone in his situation would have.

I would really like to see Officer Kerrick found NOT GUILTY, but it may be better to just drop this. Some people are never going to look at the facts, especially in light of how CharMeck government found this officer guilty before trial. Shameful!

The man has been persecuted then prosecuted simply for doing the job he was hired for. He was tried to help advance the attorney generals political ambitions.

Leave the man be. This trial is race-based as anyone can see. He acted on his training and the situation presented to him at the time. Had the situation been reversed, ie, black officer, white suspect, I highly doubt a word would have been said.

Enough is enough. Respect the law. They are here to keep us safe had the officer had cooperation then this tragic accident would of never happened. The officer done nothing that I would not of done. Race plays no part in this.Obey the law. No one wins here.

This man has suffered enough! I believe he truly feared for his life and acted in survival mode. I believe he is innocent and should not be retried!

You charged him to fast. Give him his job back with back pay. He was a victim of fast judgment.

It is a tragedy, however, Officer Kerrick was doing his job under difficult circumstances. No one wins.

Charging and Attacking an Officer is not acceptable. 2.25mil and other 500k for the Trial is enough taxpayer money spent on this ridiculous justice rant.

Officer Kerrick was the real victim here. He was the sacrificial lamb for the benefit of others. There should not be a retrial.
