I believe officer Kerrick should have never been charged . It was clear to me that Chief Monroe was grandstanding and special interest groups were involved. Officer Kerrick should get his job back and he should be compensated greatly for his pain and suffering waiting on the trial plus going through the trial. Charlotte should not have settle/ paid the Ferrell family anything since Ferrell is the one who control is own destiny by acting the way he did. If any trial was going to take place it should have been a civil trial not a settlement for the Ferrell family. Everyone is blaming the police but citizens have to be responsible for what they do and act during police interactions.

Let Officer Kerrick alone. I'm sorry for the loss of Mr.Ferrell life,but Officer Kerrick has been through enough to. Let him be and don't waste any more tax money.

I'm sorry for the out come but I think Merrick did what he was trained to do. My mom raised five children and taught us to respect the law not to disrespect. If a cop told me to stop believe you me I will not charge after him.

Do Not open another trail. I believe this matter is closed, the majority of the jury felt a Not Guilty was correct.

Please do no retry Officer Kerrick. I think he is innocent and should not be used as a scapgoat. 8 jury members found him not guilty. That is enough.
