I hope kerrick gets justice. His whole life changed for doing his job. There is so much evidence against Ferrell just trying to get help. Not sure what our world is coming to. I can imagine a whole lot more people will not chose law enforcement as a career with all they have to deal with

Officer Kerrick should NOT be retried! If Attorney General Cooper chooses to do that he will not get my vote EVER! Officer Kerrick was doing his job and Ferrell should have obeyed police officers' commands to stop. He would still be alive had he heeded the commands by police. Guess he was buzzed out and felt invincible. Justice has been served!

I've supported Officer Kerrick from the very beginning. I've always thought he was innocent and after hearing testimony and seeing the video it just reinforced my support.

Personally, I think that Officer Kerrick was simply doing his job. He responded to a call of a possible intruder, saw the victim, gave directives which he did not heed even after a tazor was deployed then ran towards him. He had a split second to determine whether or not he may see his family. HE DID HIS JOB! It is so easy to sit back and Monday morning quarterback with the events that led up to the above events but the FACT is......the officers responding didn't! Case closed!

CMPD, Rodney Monroe, and the Attorney General's office committed a rush to judgement. All three are guilty of trying to ruin Officer Kerrick's life for their own motives and gain. NO NEW TRIAL!!
