So not retry this case. Stop wasting money. You have already ruined his future. Even if you gave him his job back,he would be to scared to ever pull his gun agajn. You did not support him as you should have.

If this jury was 8 to 4, I certainly do not believe another jury will find him guilty. Not to mention the expense of another trial.

I agree 100%. I don!t understand why some think they do not have to stop when a police officer says stop. Everyone should respect authority. Well that is the way most were raised..

He deserves a medal for putting his life on the line to answer calls such as this one. He was called to this scene; he wasn't there because it was a nice place to visit.

This police officer was being tried by the new media. It a shame these men and women put themselves in harms way every hour of the day. The only reason this office was charged by his superiors was nothing more than a racist and cowardly reaction. If this had been two men of the same race this trial would never have taken place. Too many black men are being killed by other blacks every day and the news media never gives these killing no more than a sound bite. It a crying shame our law enforcement officer are being judged every day for doing their jobs and keeping us safe from the criminal element of our communities. Enough of our tax dollar have been wasted on a trial that should never have taken place. I say, Justice for officer KERRICK doing not re-try this case and dismiss the charges against him.

This is " no win" for both sides. No good would come from another trial.

Wes Kerrick was there for us and was the victim of a witch-hunt for someone who committed suicide by cop, sad that he was put in that situation and he should be supported and respected.
