1. The first Grand Jury refused to file charges against Officer Kerrick.
2. The City of Charlotte threw Officer Kerrick under the bus, when they settled the civil suit before the criminal trial began.
3. The jury's decision was 8 to 4 in favor of Officer Kerrick's innocence.
Enough said.

The Officer was in fear for his life, and Mr. Ferrell wasn't listening to commands. He was in fear for his life! It would be a huge waste of tax payer money to have a retrial. I believe another jury would have the same outcome.

Twelve jurors will never reach a unanimous verdict in this case no matter how many times it is tried. Officer Kerrick should never have been charged. Dismiss the charges against him so he and his family can get on with their lives.

100% innocent.
This is all about an agenda to give the African American community a free ticket to no longer abide by our country's established judicial system.
I fear for all law enforcement as they are now celebrated targets of the above mentioned. Prayers for your safety!

It took two grand juries to get a bill of indictment. 8 out of 12 jurors did not find him to be guilty. Please do not waste anymore of tax payer's money on political correctness, Officer Kerrick is not guilty.

This case is not worth trying again. The evidence is clear enough to provide reasonable doubt. The taxpayers have paid enough and don't deserve to have to pay AGAIN just for the sake of politics. Let the city and families move on as well!

Please refrain from taking Officer Kerrick to trial again. One jury's decision not to indite and a second ones decision of 8 not guilty, 4 guilty should speak volumes.
No retrial!!

This officer and his family deserve better. While I simpathized with the family of the suspect the bottom line is he made some bad choices that night. Don't punish this officer for doing his job.
