Do NOT retry the Kerrick case. If so I definitely will not vote for Cooper. It's time to start supporting our police officers! This man was doing his job to protect the public.

Jury has spoken, why cost tax payers more, just to get the same answer.

The jury has voted. Why retry a man whom the majority believe is innocent to try to get a jury to find him guilty??? Enough of this!

Cops have every right to protect themselves and the public. It is a hard job.

He felt that his life and potentially the life of his fellow officers was in jeopardy. He acted in a way that he, at THAT time, felt was necessary to prevent this from occurring.

Both sides have presented their case to a jury. Our justice system has worked.

Enough money has been wasted with this first trial. Evidence showed that it was self defense! Ferrell's family has 2.5 Million for wrongful death! T

Took two Grand Jury's to even have a trial. Do not waste our money and jurors time to try again to find him guilty. Why have a jury trial? If the verdict isn't satisfactory to some folks, they say "let's try again." What has happened to our judicial system?
