Do not retry this man. You should never had tried him to begin with. Stop falling to political pressure for something that is the result of a man charging and threatening a police officer and failing to follow lawful orders.

Feel officer fighting for his life an his partners. Ferrell never asked for help, only acted aggressively. No retrial.

the poor man was doing his job!!!! He had a split second to make a decision weather to shot and save the lives of his fellow officer and his life you never know what that man was capable of or what his intentions were. Please support this law Biden citizen because I would love to see him back on the force thank you! GOD BLESS!!!

He was doing his job and nothing more than anyone else would have done in the same situation.

Please do not retry Officer Kerrick. The evidence was over-whelming that his life was threatened and he acted accordingly. Please don't put the community through this again!

Sounds like evidence supported the officers actions, and he protected himself.

Comply with what a police officer says and there won't be a problem.

I do not think this case should be re-tried. I do not believe the outcome will change.

I can't say that I wouldn't do the exact same thing if I was faced with that situation. As a fellow law enforcement officer we get spilt seconds to make a life or death decision. Any lose of life is tragic however if it's a choice between life or death we are going home at night. #ALLLIVESMATTER!!

The officer NEVER should have been tried the first time. After viewing the video it's sickening to think that the state would waste taxpayer money to try an innocent man!!!

Do not retrial. Ridiculous! Excessive force? One shot or 10? He meant to shoot him he reacted to a charging man. If the guy had not been charging the officer that fired the taser would not have missed. Officer Kerrick was back up second line of defense and the first line was breached due to a charging make who knew the individuals he charged had firearms.
