I would request that the Attorney General not consider retrying Officer Wes Kerrick, I think after hearing the 911 tape, it is clear that Officer Kerrick did his job based on the information given to him by the dispatcher.

When a man runs at a policeman after a taser has been fired and he has been told to get down I would expect that being shot would logically be the next step.

The city has wasted enough of the tax payers' money on this case. Officer Kerrick should have never been indicted in the first place.

Although it took two Grand Jury attempts to get one indictment, the case has been heard by a jury.

Please let this officer go - enough is enough. I have listen to the case too and I agree with the 8 jurors - not enough to retry the case. God please be with our police !!
