Enough already, 1st Grand Jury didn't find enough evidence, Was tried anyway, Mistrial is the result. Officer was doing his job.

Kerrick was doing his job, had Ferrell
stopped, placed his hands in the air,
this would never have happen.

i believe the state should accept the verdict of the grand jury and the trial jury. You can't keep doing things over just to get to a decision the few want

He did what he had to do. When an officer orders you to stop, get on the ground, that is what you do. You don't charge the officer.

They had to have not one but two grand juries to get him to trial, then they were unable to convict him. Enough is enough, let this man live in peace.

This case should never have been prosecuted. Self defense without question. Don't waste our taxpayer dollars. It's time our law enforcement community received thanks for the very difficult work they do.

I support the officer. He was legally justified to use deadly force under NC law.

I believe Officer Kerrick acted in self defense and within department policy. It would be a waste of tax payer money and an injustice to retry him.
Do not retry
Enough damage done! No more court!! Set him free!
