If people would obey officers commands, we might not have all of this hatred for our police officers. If I had been in Officer Kerrick's place with someone charging me & ignoring all of the officers, I would have shot too. One of the other officers said he did not draw his gun because it was happening to fast & he did not have time.

In the first place, he never been tried. Shame on CMPD for throwing him under the bus, just to appease the Black community. If blacks wish to riot they need to start in there own community. You don't hear a thing about the appalling rate of black on black crimes.

Save the taxpayers some money. It will just be another mistrial. Kerrick did what he thought was the best way to keep from getting hurt. Why charge an LEO with a firearm giving you commands? Really? Intent?

I believe Officer Kerrick acted in self defense. He shouldn't have been put on trial the first time. The jury has spoken. It's time to move on.
