It is my sincere hope that the NC Attorney General will not seek to retry Officer Randall Wesley Kerrick. The citizens of the community have spoken through a fair and impartial jury selected by both the prosecution and the defense. After hearing the entire story, the vast majority of jurors believed that Officer Kerrick is not guilty of Voluntary Manslaughter.

I support officer Kerrick and believe that AG should NOT retry this case as this should NOT have ever been tried in the first place!

We have already given him a fair trial. All lives matter, even his. It is highly doubtful the outcome of another trial would be any different

He was fairly tried by a jury as required by laws of the land. Any further trial attempt would not only be a waste of time and money but a clearly political attempt to satisfy some "perceived" racial devide.

The evidence isn't there. Reasonable doubt is. Facts won't change. Don't put Charlotte Mecklenburg through another pointless trial.
