Officer Kerrick should NOT be tried again. Unfortunate circumstances, and I am sorry the Ferrell family lost Michael, but it was his choices that left Kerrick few. People need to OBEY authority, or where are we headed? Kerrick had NO choice, except to maybe die himself or allow the two other officers to be hurt (remember officers Burnette and Nobles?!?)

Officer Kerrick should have never been charged. If the suspect had complied with lawful orders nothing would have happened. Do not retry Kerrick.

It takes two grand juries to charge..now you want two trials...what happen to the American court system of a jury trial. The Jury spoke clearly. Do not retry officer Kerrick.

The majority spoke and the evidence clearly shows the officer should have been aquitted! This goes to show that the africans are not happy unless somebody other then themselves are found guilty. Thank you for your great service Officer Kerrick n keep your head held high!

The first grand jury got it right, and so did 8 of the 12 jurors. Officers should not be prosecuted for defending themselves for political expediency.
