I do not believe that Officer Kerrick should be retried. I believe that he was acting in self defense, and that our officers have a right to protect themselves. They can't wait til they are shot and then shot. When someone is instructed by an officer to do something they should obey.

It is pretty obvious from the dash can footage that Officer Kerrick should have never been charged. Do the right thing and dismiss the case.

2/3 of the jury spoke even the US Senate sees a 2/3rd majority is law!! He is NOT GUILTY..Charlotte needs to pay him!!!!!!!

He should be able to return to work and be paid since the whole situation. If Ferrall would have listen in the first place no of this would be an issue. People need to stop blaming the cops and take responsibility for their actions.
