Clearly after one grand jury failed to indict and 12 jurors could not convict, it is evident this case should be dropped. Justice has been served!

The first grand jury refused to indict him. Now there is a hung jury. It seems obvious that there will be doubt in the minds of the jurors. He will never work as a law officer again. He has suffered enough and no amount of jail time will restore a lost life.
